A 102-year-old historic building in Kansas City’s Library District is now available for purchase after its multiyear renovation as an upscale event space. The Kansas City Club building at 918 Baltimore Ave. on Tuesday hit the market for sale to new owners. Denver-based Epoch Developments LLC has owned the four-story, 48,769-square-foot building since 2015. Is the Country Club Plaza still on track to sell to Texas developers?
