City to reopen Pat O’Rourke Recreation and Aquatic Center after $1 million renovation

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The City of El Paso will reopen the Pat O’Rourke Community Recreation and Aquatic Center. The facility was temporarily closed for renovations. The $1 million enhancements will help accommodate sports, fitness, aerobics, games, and outdoor leisure activities, and include the following improvements: New gym flooring New tiles for the pool deck New roof ladder New wall openings in the weight room and gym Replacement of two reception desks Replacement of patio LED lights New furniture for the patio area Installation of automatic door at the entrance of the senior center room New tile for fitness…
